AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:
You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before October 11, 2026.

All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Richer Sun Travel and Black Foodies Travel reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.

Roommate Match is offered for this tour. You will select “double occupancy” on the order form. On the reservation notes form, you will select “yes” for roommate match. Roommates will not be matched until after 75% of your reservation total has been made on your invoice.

Please note, the hotel check-in date is April 12, 2026. This trip will cross the international date line. The group flight will leave Dallas on April 11, 2026.

If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Dubai for hotel check-in on April 12, 2026. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on April 11, 2026. You should also schedule your departure flight for April 19, 2026.

At check-in, a major credit card will be required to cover anticipated room charges.

A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 60 days before travel, if not earlier, to plan your free time while in Dubai.

Payments: All payments made to Richer Sun Travel, LLC d/b/a Black Foodies Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place because we have agreements with hotels, airlines, and other partners that do not allow for refunds. This helps us offer you the best prices and the convenience of monthly payments for your vacation.

Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to have valid travel documents. You MUST CHECK with the appropriate consulate(s) or a visa agency to see if you need any visas or passports for your travel. Remember, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date. Some countries also require a blank page in your passport for stamping. The provided travel information applies only to U.S. citizens; if you're not a U.S. citizen, please verify entry requirements for the countries you're visiting.

Seating: Airlines have full control over seat assignments. If flights are included with your travel package, our group tour seats are located in economy class.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.

Monthly Payments: Your reservation requires regular monthly payments. Your invoice will detail your payment schedule, which we recommend adding to your personal calendar to keep track of.

Name Changes: Name changes on bookings are permitted. There's a $200 fee for changes made before the final payment date and $250 plus any applicable vendor fees after the final payment date.

Late Payments: A $250 late fee per person applies after your final payment due date. This fee is automatically added to your reservation if payment is delayed. All requests for late payments must be approved by management before the final deadline.
