You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before December 12, 2027

All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Richer Sun Travel and Black Foodies Travel reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.

Roommate Match is offered for this tour for women only. You will select “double occupancy” on the order form. On the reservation notes form, you will select “yes” for roommate match. Roommates will not be matched until after 75% of your reservation total has been made on your invoice.

Please note, the hotel check-in date is June 17, 2027. This trip will cross the international date line. The flight will leave Dallas on June 15, 2027.

If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Bali for hotel check-in on June 17, 2027. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on June 15, 2027. You should also schedule your departure flight for July 25, 2027.

All payments made to Richer Sun Travel, LLC d/b/a Black Foodies Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place because we have agreements with hotels, airlines, and other partners that do not allow for refunds. This helps us offer you the best prices and the convenience of monthly payments for your vacation.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to have valid travel documents. You MUST CHECK with the appropriate consulate(s) or a visa agency to see if you need any visas or passports for your travel. Remember, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date. Some countries also require a blank page in your passport for stamping. The provided travel information applies only to U.S. citizens; if you're not a U.S. citizen, please verify entry requirements for the countries you're visiting.
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. In the world of travel, plans can change, but our ability to offer refunds does not. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is due to our contracts with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners who have their own non-refundable policies. Airlines have full control over seat assignments. If flights are included with your travel package, our group tour seats are located in economy class.

Name changes on bookings are permitted. There's a $200 fee for changes made before the final payment date and $250 plus any applicable vendor fees after the final payment date.
A $250 late fee per person applies after your final payment due date. This fee is automatically added to your reservation if payment is delayed. All requests for late payments must be approved by management before the final deadline.
