Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before March 16, 2028.

In the event that the US dollar devalues, Richer Sun Travel and Black Foodies Travel reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.

If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Athens for hotel check-in on September 10, 2027. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on September 9, 2027. You should also schedule your departure flight for September 17, 2027.

All payments made to Richer Sun Travel, LLC d/b/a Black Foodies Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place because we have agreements with hotels, airlines, and other partners that do not allow for refunds. This helps us offer you the best prices and the convenience of monthly payments for your vacation.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to have valid travel documents. You MUST CHECK with the appropriate consulate(s) or a visa agency to see if you need any visas or passports for your travel. Remember, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date. Some countries also require a blank page in your passport for stamping. The provided travel information applies only to U.S. citizens; if you're not a U.S. citizen, please verify entry requirements for the countries you're visiting.

Airlines have full control over seat assignments. If flights are included with your travel package, our group tour seats are located in economy class.

Name changes on bookings are permitted. There's a $200 fee for changes made before the final payment date and $250 plus any applicable vendor fees after the final payment date.
A $250 late fee per person applies after your final payment due date. This fee is automatically added to your reservation if payment is delayed. All requests for late payments must be approved by management before the final deadline.
